Located in the popular and vibrant Kasbah District of Marrakech, Riad Baya is a peaceful guesthouse with five bedroom suites, a pool, and a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the High Atlas Mountains.
Our Moroccan cook makes a traditional breakfast daily.

Riad Baya is located in the Kasbah District of Marrakech, an area filled with shops, historic sights, spas, and cafés not far from the Royal Palace. The entrance to our neighborhood is Bab Agnaou, one of the most notable gates in Marrakech. Enjoy the scent of flowers and spices, the view of the often snow-capped High Atlas Mountains, and the sound and beat of the hypnotic music from the main square Jemaa el Fna just 10 minutes away from our front door! It is the very essence of Marrakech.

We offer a variety of day trips for our guests. Visit the High Atlas Mountains, Berber villages, a remote kasbah, the seaside, a local lake for water sports, 4x4 rides, ziplining, air balloon rides, snow skiing, snowboarding, camel rides, shopping trips, and more.
There are a variety of cultural sites available for guests to visit just a short walk from Riad Baya. May we suggest: Saadian Tombs, Bahia and Badii Palaces, Majorelle Gardens, and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum.
We provide walking tours of the medina to acquaint guests with the kasbah neighborhood as well as Marrakech in general.
